Ho`oulunonalani is a Paper Engineer and Product Designer with project clients include Disney, Apple TV, LG, Kiehl’s and Target. She has previously taught art and design studios at Rhode Island School of Design, Parsons School of Design, and Pratt Institute and is currently an Assistant Professor of Design at Lehigh University. Her current research centers on paper engineering, technical optimization through digital tool development, and its application in Kanaka Maoli (Native Hawaiian) education and storytelling.

Ho’o holds an interdisciplinary BS in architecture and mechanical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a MFA in furniture design from Rhode Island School of Design.
